Oliver wanted a dinosaur birthday so badly and luckily it was pretty easy to pull off! AMAZON comes in clutch when looking for all things dinosaur, and most of what I purchased for his party was delivered straight to my front door!! We invited all our close family and friends, and for the first time he had many of "his" friends at his party (mom friends are awesome!)
I love hosting parties and should really document more because I do take a lot of time to plan and organize it all, get everything ready and make it look good! I like to reuse a lot of stuff, so I try to do that to cut down on cost. I also like to meal prep the night before so that I am not stressing the day of trying to get everything done on time. The past 2 years for his birthday we did taco in bag, which is super easy because you can make like 10 pounds of meat and put it in the crock ppt the night before, then turn it on the morning of the party! Get all your fixings and some fruit, cake, goodies on the side and its the perfect dish for a large crowd!
One of my favorite punch recipes I found on pinterest and I make it at every birthday party because its just that good! It's made with raspberry sorbet and it's SOOO good! You can find the recipe HERE. I substitute the cranberries for frozen raspberries!
I hope you enjoyed today's post, it's a little late but better than never! If you're planning your kids birthday party, this theme was so cute and super easy to do! Thanks for stopping by, be sure to share this post, like it and comment if you have any questions!
